New Balance’s lifestyle division asked us to help them start to find relevance among the sneaker community. Before they were doing designer collaborations or partnerships or even partnerships with J.Crew the team found some extra fabric in the warehouse and asked if we’d want to co-design some shoes and make some work around it.
These were our first steps in redefining New Balance as the true streetwear icon they are today.
